Welcome to Nurlogix, operated by AutomateSQL LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at nurlogix.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Nurlogix is a SaaS platform for landscape professionals that extracts, organizes, and enables searching of plant inventory data from supplier availability lists. We use AI to parse uploaded files (PDFs, spreadsheets, images) into structured, searchable data.
These Terms govern your use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use Nurlogix.
To use the full platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
The free demo tool does not require an account. Demo usage is subject to daily limits and these Terms.

You own your data. Any files you upload and the extracted inventory data remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded files solely for the purpose of providing the Nurlogix service (extraction, storage, and display of your inventory data).
You may delete your data at any time through the platform. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.
Nurlogix uses AI to extract data from supplier files. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated extractions may contain errors. You acknowledge that:
Nurlogix is currently in early access. Pricing and subscription plans will be announced before any charges apply. We will never charge you without your explicit consent. Free-tier features may be modified or limited as the product evolves.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AutomateSQL LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without the prior written consent of AutomateSQL LLC.
You assign all rights, title, and interest in any feedback you provide to the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, you agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, and otherwise exploit such feedback without restriction.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AutomateSQL LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We aim to keep Nurlogix available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AutomateSQL LLC or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information), even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
The Company makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible, be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@nurlogix.com.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutomateSQL LLC and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material changes taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
