Usage data. We collect standard analytics data (pages visited, features used, device type) to improve the product. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites.

We use third-party AI services to extract structured data from your uploaded files. File contents are sent to these services solely for the purpose of extraction and are not used to train AI models. Extracted data is stored in your private account and is not visible to other users.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
Uploaded files are retained for processing purposes and may be deleted after extraction is complete. Extracted inventory data is retained in your account until you delete it or close your account.
